If you have 10 sites in related niches, and it makes sense to send visitors from one to the other, then there’s little chance that you’re risking being penalized by the search engines. It’s the same with a company linking to its customer support forum. If it makes sense to do it for the visitors, do it.

Honestly, old cars have the cheapest insurance. You cannot put collision on a 10 year old car. To put full coverage on an old car is ridiculous. That is why you only put liability on an older vehicle. This allows you to drive your car with coverage and be street legal. With this type of coverage it only protects the other guys car. You would be out of pocket for the damages to your car.
