How to setup:

1. Install WeatherIcon (in Cydia )
2. Install LiveClock 0.3 (in Cydia)
3. Install IBlank (in Cydia) and create 8 Blank icon then move to SpringBoard
4. Install Spring Jumpt (in Cydia) then arrange as screenshot above
5. Download Windows 7 Fantasy theme and unrar then copy 3 folders:

* W7_Fantasy_v2
* W7_Fantasy_Clock_v2
* W7_Fantasy_Weather_v2

With Browse: var\stash\Theme.XXX

6. Go to WinterBoard select:

* W7_Fantasy_v2
* W7_Fantasy_Clock_v2
* W7_Fantasy_Weather_v2
